Your family will love the property's indoor activity pool and seasonal outdoor movie shows, while the adults will run to the full-service on-site spa to unwind and relax. Attractively landscaped grounds surround the resort. A dozen or so newly added luxury suites with gourmet kitchen areas and steam showers look beautiful. Smoke free premises. 280 units, some two and three bedrooms. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.

A great choice for families is the Cape Codder Resort & Spa, Hyannis. It features two restaurants (Grand Cru Wine Bar and Hearth 'n Kettle for families), and a spa (massage and other body treatments). Kids love the indoor wave pool with two water slides.

Don't let the kids spy the indoor wave pool here—a fantasy of waves, waterfalls, and waterslides—or you'll never get out to see anything else on the Cape. Although it's set on an unattractive stretch of Route 132, this sprawling, family-friendly compound has quite a few amenities, including an excellent spa. Rooms range from basic to more elaborate—the Cape Codder rooms are more upscale than the standard "deluxe" ones. The best rooms face the inner courtyard, overlooking the lawn or the "beach" (a stretch of sand that's used for seasonal clambakes). The suites are huge; several have spiral staircases that lead up to a sleeping loft. Note that the hotel is sometimes packed with conventioneers and that there's no conventional pool for swimming, apart from the kid-oriented wave pool.
