For over 30 years, Catania Hospitality Group has earned a multitude of culinary awards at our restaurants and catered affairs. Executive Chef Ron Girouard is acclaimed for creating menus at our renowned Dan’l Webster Inn and at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa. Chef Ron continues to add flair and creativity to every item that comes out of the kitchen. Let him develop a special menu for your event!
In addition, we are equally proud of our Director of Food & Beverage, Chef Bobby Gold. Born and raised on Cape Cod, Chef Bobby graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and has been preparing, planning and creating unique menus for decades. A former chef/owner of Penguins Sea Grill & Steakhouse, he continues the tradition of exceptional dining that has long been associated with the Catania Hospitality Group.
