Cape Codder Residence Club Home

Developer News

Over the past thirty-five years, the Catania Hospitality Group has had a history of success in the hospitality industry of Cape Cod. We are fully committed to our exciting new project, the Cape Codder Residence Club, which we believe will be the catalyst for a new era of ‘Cape Cod Living’ - your "second home without a second thought."

We realize that many people in the country are in a state of turmoil, anxiety and unrest because of recent economic events. We want you to know that the Catania Hospitality Group is no stranger to this type of adverse situation. When the Catania family initially purchased the Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis, Massachusetts in December of 2000, little did anybody know that our country would be shaken by the unthinkable events of 9/11.  However, we were able to make it through those difficult times, and actually enhance our properties, with a combination of financial resources, loyal seasoned staff, and unrelenting belief in our vision. We have proven that trust, ethics, integrity do count in this new corporate culture. Our word is our bond. It is not old fashioned. It is the right thing to do. We believe in the Cape and fully comprehend the world wide recognition and drawing power of Cape Cod and what it has to offer those fortunate enough to have an opportunity to live, visit or vacation here.

The Catania Hospitality Group wants to assure you that the Cape Codder Residence Club is proceeding on schedule according to our master plan. The first residence will open in mid November! We are totally engaged in our project which includes deeded 1/10th fractional ownership of 2 & 3 bedroom, 3 bath residences.  We look forward to the future building of our heated outdoor pool, the brand new three story Beach Plum Spa, and the anxiously awaited expansion of our existing indoor wave pool.

This project is not only good for us as the developer, our employees, and our future owners but also benefits the Cape Cod Community. The positive public relations, advertising exposure, and influx of new dollars from the new fractional owners will enhance other Cape businesses. Fractional ownership also minimizes the ecological burden of unoccupied second homes.  Most second homes are only used five to six weeks per year which is a tremendous waste of Cape Cod’s precious land and resources.

Finally, it is our hope that you will join us in our exciting endeavor, as owners in our luxurious Cape Codder Residence Club and personally experience many enjoyable years of great vacations, special occasions and creating lasting memories with family and friends on captivating Cape Cod.

Sincerely,
Bill Catania
President
