Free wireless high speed internet, unlimited long distance and a computer make it possible to conduct business at your second home.

Where Home Ownership is a Year-round Vacation 

As a one-tenth fractional owner of a residence, you'll enjoy a minimum of 35 days plus space available time. For those with busy schedules who can’t get away as often, we also offer a one-twentieth ownership option granting up to 27 days per year. Be spontaneous and bring your friends for a weekend getaway to your Cape Cod “home”. Or reserve a residence in advance for out of town guests. Reservations are subject to the Cape Codder Residence Club’s policies and procedures.

Here at the Cape Codder Residence Club you'll be creating treasured Cape Cod memories for the entire family, from your children to your grandchildren. Each fractional owner receives a fee simple undivided 1/10th or 1/20th deeded interest in a condominium unit in the Cape Codder Residence Club. Fractional interests are real estate assets, providing the opportunity to create a family legacy by being able to will it to your children or whomever you choose. Fractional interests can be mortgaged or resold just like you would with a whole ownership condominium.
