Cape Codder Wave Pool Parties
Parties are held Sunday through Thursday starting from 11:30 am to close. We are unable to book pool parties anytime on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sunday mornings as we must be sure to accommodate in-house overnight guests. In the event of a holiday weekend, parties will not be held on Sunday, rather Monday starting from 11:30 am to close. We regret that the pool cannot be reserved for parties during school vacations.
On Sunday, the fee is $15.00 per person and includes all that are in attendance; parents of the birthday child; adults supervising children; grandparents; parents of other children; toddlers and any non-swimmers. Monday through Thursday, the fee is $10.00 per person (except holiday weekends and during July and August.)
We require a $150.00 minimum. This fee is required as a non-refundable deposit, and includes the first 10 people in your party plus 1 supervisor, as well as guarantees your “party time”. This deposit is due within 2 days of making your reservation and must be made with a credit card. When making your payment, we ask that you read and sign a waiver. We do not require a minimum number of people in your party. You may pay for additional guests on the day of your party.
There is a 3 hour maximum however most people find 2 hours is enough time.
We require 1 adult per 5 children for supervision. Supervisors do not have to go in the water, but they must take charge of all children in their party. 1 supervisor will be admitted for free.
The birthday child will receive a coupon for a free “Do the Wave” T-shirt, which we’ve designed specifically for our wave pool. The coupon is redeemable at our gift shop daily between the hours of 8am – 5pm.
Locker rooms are available for changing; however it is helpful to have everyone arrive in their bathing suits and equipped with their own towels.
The entrance to the pool is located at the back of the resort as indicated by a sign that reads “Pool & Spa Entrance.” All members in your party should meet at that location. Please refrain from going to the front desk. Pool parties are booked ½ hour apart so it is extremely important that you and your entire party arrive on time.
Due to the nature of the wave pool and our state of the art filtration system, food items of any kind, balloons or gifts are not allowed in the pool area.
We do not have a “party room” for cake, ice cream and presents. However, if you are interested in bringing your party to the Hearth ‘n Kettle for either lunch or dinner, please call 508-771-3000, and ask to speak with the H ‘n K dining room supervisor. If you are interested in a function room for your party, please contact our Catering Manager at 508-771-3000, ext. 755.
