And now, a new landmark is coming to Hyannis in late 2024 with the conversion of the Cape Codder Resort & Spa into Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod. This completely refreshed resort will feature 275 island-inspired guestrooms and suites, a range of on-site amenities including the Fins Up! Indoor Water Park, an outdoor pool, St. Somewhere Spa, Fins Up! Fitness Center, and a Fins City Arcade, along with signature Margaritaville bars and eateries.
